Brothers in Arms is a male mental health charity whose goal is to create awareness and provide free support so they can manage their own wellbeing. They also fund research and development into new ways that technology can be there for men, when they want it, not when they need it.

They are a self-referring platform where men can access their free services without going to a GP or feeling pressured to talk if they don’t want to. They empower men to support and self-manage their mental wellbeing by using free digital tools and access to online digital therapy support.
