Mental Health Aberdeen is a local charity that provides counselling and information services to adults and young people experiencing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing and helping individuals receive the help they need to recover from mental ill-health. During these challenging times, the services and support provided by MHA is vital to so many in the local area.
