Peace Hospice Care looks after adults diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses such as, but not limited to Cancer, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Motor Neurone Disease. They provide care, support, and compassion – for patients, families, and carers.

Many people think that hospice care is all about death and dying. Peace Hospice does provide care in the last days of life, but most of their work focuses on helping patients manage their illness and empowering them to make decisions that will enable them to achieve the best quality of life possible.
